Goals & Doctrinal Belief
The Redeemer Mens Fellowship shall endeavour to keep the unity of the Spirit until all come to faith, at the same time admonshing all brethen not to contend for their different views to the disunity of the body.

- We will respect and honor one another, and promote a culture of love, respect, and responsibility.
- We will be accountable to God, to our leaders, and to one another, and will promote a culture of transparency and integrity.
- We will uphold the teachings and doctrines of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and will promote a culture of spiritual growth and development.
The following structure is expected to be employed to administer the activities of the Fellowship at all levels; Regional, Provincial, Zonal, Area and Parish
a) President
b) Vice President
c) Secretary
d) Assistant Secretary
e) Treasurer
f) Financial Secretary
g) Public Relations Officer
Recognition is given to the strategic rule of the Province in ensuring the smooth operation of the Fellowship at all levels.
The Pastor in-Charge of the Province therefore, has the responsibility for appointing the President of the Fellowship at the Province level and also approves the appointment of the position at other levels.
Furthermore, He will appoint any of his APICP's who will report directly to him to coordinate the activities of the Fellowship. The President will report to the APICP.
It must be noted that the President of the Fellowship has responsibility for its running (executive) while the APICP's role as the coordinator is administrative.
